What khive cloud is
khive cloud is a hosted MCP server for AI agents. It gives them a memory that lasts between sessions, a typed knowledge graph and task tracking, all served from one endpoint.
The endpoint
Every client connects to the same URL, https://khive.ai/v1/mcp, over HTTP (the MCP Streamable HTTP transport). khive runs as a service, so there is no server to install or run on your own machine: you add the URL to your MCP client and sign in.
What your agents can store
- Memory. Your agent saves a memory and finds it again later by meaning, in a later session.
- Records and the knowledge graph. Entities, such as a service, a person or a document, and notes, such as a decision or an observation, linked by edges with a typed relation.
- Tasks. Tasks with a priority, a due date, an assignee and the tasks they depend on.
- Knowledge. Reference material kept and retrieved as written, in atoms grouped into domains.
You don't call these tools yourself. You ask your agent in plain language and it picks the tool. Tools lists every one. Everything a tool stores stays in your own workspace.
How a client signs in
There are two ways, and every client is offered the same tools with either one:
- OAuth. A client that supports it discovers khive's sign-in by itself and sends you to it in your browser. You sign in with your email address and the link or six-digit code khive emails you, so there is no password, and then you approve the client.
- API key. A script, or a client that cannot open a browser, sends a key from the API Keys page of the dashboard in the header
Authorization: ApiKey <key>.

- ChatGPT: OAuth, as a custom MCP server.
- Claude Code: OAuth or an API key.
- Codex CLI: OAuth or an API key.
- Cursor: an API key.
When you create a key, the dashboard also gives you an mcp.json for Cursor, Windsurf and other clients that read one (see Your account).
Plans and prices
Using khive takes one of three plans. There is no free tier.

Prices are in US dollars. Plus monthly starts with a 14-day free trial. Every plan reaches every tool. Plans differ in the credits included each month and in their limits. Plans has the details, along with extra credits and what happens when credits run out.
