Your account

Signing in, API keys, the apps connected to your account, your usage, and deleting the account.

Signing in

khive has no passwords. Go to https://khive.ai/login and enter your email address; the first time, this creates your account. khive emails you a sign-in link and a six-digit code. Open the link and select Continue, or, if you are reading the email on another device, type the code on the page where you entered your address. The link and the code work once and expire after 30 minutes.

To sign out, use Sign out on your account page or in the dashboard.

Your account page

https://khive.ai/account shows your plan and when its period ends, how much of this period's included credits is left, and your extra credits. Manage billing opens the billing portal for invoices, the card, and cancelling, as Plans describes. The page also links to your connected apps, to the dashboard (Developer console), and to Support.

API keys

A client that signs in with OAuth, such as Claude Code, Codex or ChatGPT, does not need a key. Scripts and tools that cannot open a browser use an API key.

In the dashboard, open API Keys (https://khive.ai/dashboard/keys) and select Create API key. The key is shown once, so copy it before you leave the page; khive stores only a hash of it. Beside it, the page gives the MCP URL, an mcp.json for Cursor, Windsurf and other clients that read one, and a command for Claude Code, the last two with the new key filled in. Keys belong to your workspace, and creating one needs credits on your account.

The list shows each key with when it was created and last used, and whether it is active. Revoke asks you to confirm. A revoked key is refused from then on and cannot be restored. You can revoke keys even when your credits have run out.

Connected apps

Each app you connect with OAuth holds its own connection, signed in as you. Review or disconnect apps on your account page opens the list at https://auth.khive.ai/account: each app, the access it was granted, and the date it connected. Revoke access disconnects an app: it can no longer renew its sign-in, so within 15 minutes, when its current sign-in expires, it has to sign in again before it can use khive. To reconnect an app, remove khive in that app and add it again; you sign in with the same account.

Usage

The dashboard's Usage page (https://khive.ai/dashboard/usage) covers the current month: requests, split into successful, failed and throttled; the average duration; what your calls have used, in dollars; the records you have stored against your plan's limit; the operations used most; and an audit log of operations on your account, which you can narrow to changes and denials, or to reads. Throttled calls and calls that fail validation are not charged. A tool call your assistant sends with an argument the tool does not accept is turned back before it reaches khive, so it appears in neither count.

Deleting your account

Cancel your plan first with Manage billing, so it does not renew. Then write to contact@khive.ai from the email address you sign in with, asking for your account to be deleted. Your workspace content is deleted within 30 days, except records kept for legal, billing or security reasons, as the Privacy Policy describes.
