Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of khive cloud.

Who we are. khive cloud is operated by khive AI LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@khive.ai.
What the service is. khive cloud is a hosted memory and knowledge-graph service for AI agents, accessed through an MCP endpoint and a web dashboard. You get an isolated workspace store, API keys you mint yourself, and every capability the service offers.
Your account. You sign in with a supported identity provider. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard immediately.
Plans and renewal. The service is sold as a plan, billed in advance through Stripe once a month or once a year, depending on the billing period you choose. The price is shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged. A plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method you gave at checkout for the next period, until you cancel. Each billing period of a plan includes an amount of usage. Included usage you have not used when the period ends does not carry over, and on an annual plan the included usage for the whole year is granted when the year begins. If a renewal payment fails, your plan is past due and requests are declined until a payment succeeds.
Trial. A new account may start a plan with a trial; the pricing page shows which plan offers one and for how long. You give a payment method at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends the plan becomes a paid plan, and we charge the first billing period to that payment method. Each account has one trial.
Cancelling. You can cancel a plan at any time. Sign in, open your account page, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the billing portal that opens. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, not immediately: the plan and its included usage keep working until then, the plan does not renew, and nothing is charged for a later period. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period you have paid for; the Refund Policy has the details.
Extra usage and credit. Beside a plan you can buy extra usage as credit up front, with a one-time payment through Stripe, and your usage draws it down. A top-up is a single payment: it does not renew, and there is no automatic top-up, so nothing charges you again for extra usage unless you buy again. Each credit costs $0.001; if we offer a volume discount, it is shown at checkout before you pay, and the price shown at checkout is the price charged. A purchase is a whole number of dollars, at least $10 and at most $50,000. Purchased credit is valid for 500 days from the purchase. All credit purchases are final and credits are not refundable; the Refund Policy states the narrow billing-error review we offer. The usage included with your plan, and any other credit we grant rather than sell you, buys the same requests as credit you paid for, but it is spent first and it is not refundable as credit; the Refund Policy covers plan payments. When your balance reaches zero, further requests are declined until you buy more credit or your plan renews with new included usage. We never let a balance go negative and we never bill you afterwards for usage you did not already have the credit for. We may change the rate with at least 30 days' notice; a new rate applies to credit you buy after it takes effect and never to credit already in your balance.
Your data. Your workspace content belongs to you. We host and process it only to provide the service. You can export your data through the service, subject to the per-request size limits that keep a bulk read from destabilizing it, and you can have it deleted by writing to contact@khive.ai.
Acceptable use. Do not use the service to:
- store or process content that is illegal, that infringes others' rights, or that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access other customers' data;
- probe or overload the service;
- resell access without our written agreement; or
- build a directly competing hosted offering by systematic extraction.
Availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not offer an uptime guarantee at this time. We work to keep the service reliable, and we will communicate material incidents.
Suspension and termination. You can stop using the service whenever you like. To stop being charged, cancel your plan as described above: cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for, and no further plan charge is made after it. Purchased credit already in your balance stays in your balance for the rest of its 500-day validity period, and you can spend it whenever you hold a current plan. The usage included with a plan ends when the plan ends, and other granted credit follows its grant terms. Plan payments and credit purchases are final per the Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or where required by law.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are posted here at least 14 days before they take effect; the effective date is shown with the text. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
